After careful consideration of the time, the location, and numbers from our contractors, public records, realtors, and title attorneys we determine the needs for the client to sell the property and proceed to make an offer to buy decided by our partners and investors to buy the property. Once we’ve come to an agreement all closing takes place legally and ethically at a title company of the buyer or sellers choice with a title attorney. Buyer pays our fees. Title fees are dependent on the negotiation and sale of the property. Not all deals will have the same outcome but we do take pride in the quality of business we receive and provide and more importantly our client satisfaction.
